Schedule of Events

7:30–9:00 AM – Check-In & Full Breakfast

  • Pick up your swag bag cooler
  • Warm up on the putting green, chipping area, and driving range
  • Breakfast includes: Bacon, Sausage, Scrambled Eggs, Assorted Danishes, Muffins, Fresh Fruit, Breads and Bagel, Yogurt, Coffee, Tea and Assorted Juices

9:00–9:15 AM – Welcome Announcements & Tournament Rules

9:30 AM – Shotgun Start (Scramble Format)

2:00 PM – Lunch, Awards Ceremony & Raffle

Lunch Includes: House Salad, Potato Salad, Pasta Salad, Hamburgers, Hot Dogs, Grilled Chicken, BBQ Pulled Pork, Breads and Condiments, Chips, Fresh Fruit Salad, Cookies, Brownies, Iced Tea, and Lemonade

Tournament Format & Contests

Format: Scramble – All players tee off, the team selects the best shot, and all hit from there until the hole is finished.

On-Course Contests: Purchase a Golfer Game Package – $40 per golfer (available at check-in)

  • Closest to the Pin – Chance to participate in the $10,000 Putting Contest
  • Hole-in-One Challenge – Win a brand-new car!
  • Longest Drive
  • One Mulligan
  • Pot of Gold Challenge – Separate $10 entry

Raffles & Silent Auction

  • Raffle Tickets: $5 per sheet of 10
  • Raffle Items Include: Gift Cards, Tickets to events, and more!
  • 50/50 Tickets: 1 for $5, 3 for $10, 10 for $20
  • Silent Auction: Link goes LIVE on 6/3

Dress Code

Brookside Country Club observes a strict golf attire policy:

  • Collared shirts required
  • No denim or cargo shorts
  • Soft spike shoes only

Free parking available onsite. Please turn right upon entering and park in the lower lots.

Rules, Etiquette & Safety

Tournament Rules

  • Scramble format with one drive per golfer required each 9 holes
  • Mulligans may be used if part of your Game Package
  • Pot of Gold and contests must be paid into to participate

Golf Etiquette

  • Maintain a reasonable pace of play
  • Respect other players and course staff
  • Repair divots and ball marks
  • Keep cell phone use to a minimum

Safety Guidelines

  • Stay hydrated and wear sunscreen
  • Be alert to shots from other fairways
  • In case of severe weather, return to the clubhouse for instructions
